Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Clayton Paterson is a model and social media fitness influencer who brings decades of professional experience and discipline to his work. Since 2020, Clayton Paterson has partnered with brands across industries including fitness, nutrition, clothing, and travel. His projects range from national television commercials and print campaigns to digital promotions, and he recently appeared in the NBC Universal feature film Bros directed by Billy Eichner.
Before entering the modeling world, Clayton Paterson built an accomplished legal career. He began as a law clerk to Judge Joseph P. Kinneary in the U.S. District Court, and later served as litigation counsel for the Food and Drug Administration. He ultimately became vice president of law at Johnson & Johnson, where he advised on pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic matters. Mr. Paterson was also the lawyer assigned to the Personal Care Products Council, and lobbied the US Congress on behalf of Johnson & Johnson.
Mr. Paterson works out five to six days a week, documenting his journey on social media and inspiring others to stay fit through healthy eating and exercise. He participated in the National Physique Competition in Pittsburgh, finishing third place at age 59 and second place at age 60. He earned his BA in economics from Kenyon College and his JD from Case Western Reserve School of Law.
